I started to do sub contractng work for this company in September 2022.
I had finally had enough of Tim Dunford and Jess Plachta's racia, homophobic and sexually charged conversations which were conducted in customer's homes as well as consistently on group chat.
I am filling this part out to let you know the main reason for leavng this company in the first place. I did so only after I fulfilled my commitment to finish the job which I was on. I had witnessed constant racial bashing of blacks, gays, East Indians and Native Amercans. On one contract there was a formal complaint of sexual harassment made towards Tim and Jesse the owners of Forddun. The complaint was followed through which I confirmed. This was a hospice where people were staying to live out the rest of ther lives in peace. Tim and Jesse would constantly ridicule tenants and make sexual jokes and or racial remarks about these people. To add injury to insult they did not even go back to finish the job. The client had to pay another company to do so. It is not the only time I have seen them not finish a job. Jesse gets very offended when a customer rightfully inquires about some of the wrk and instantly makes up names and insults for them.
So many to list but in another incident at a customer's home Jesse made what was essentially a KKK hood which clearly shows his distain towrds black people. Doing things like this while the owner of the house is just a few feet away.
I was finally just fedup with the childish and racial behavior and let them know. I sent my last invoices in for hours and materials out of pocket for the job. They refuse to pay what is owed. I have filed a small claims suit as well think the public should know who they actually have in their homes.

I am writing this rebuttal to clarify that things said about Forddun both as a company as well as personally were said strictly out of anger and are NOT TRUE, These were based on the non payment of my final paycheque and materials invoiced for the final job. I aplogize for any issues this has caused Forddun as a company as well as them personally. As well as any third parties. From this point on all correspondance wll cese between myself and any outside parties.

I am writing this as a full retraction of what I have stated about Forddun Contracting who's owners are Tim Dunford and Jesse Plachta. I said these things out of anger due to the final payment issue which I hope to have resolved. These comments I made about the company and the two owners personally are not true to my knowledge. I apologize for any problems it has created and any further communication to the company or any outside parties will cease.
