Hansons window/roofing Beware of Hansons: Will not honor guarantee Alaska
Buyer Beware!!!! In 2017 I had a new roof put on by 1800 Hansons the salesman was very professional and knowledgeable he sold me a roof for $17.000 I paid this bec of their warranty, almost 5 yrs later I have 3 dips in the front half of the roof. I notified the company and submitted all necessary photo's.
They sent out a inspector who's report states that they need to remove the front half of the roof and replace additional wood. [ mind you I had 25 boards replaced the first time, the area manager Gary Sherman says it's not the company's fault although the man that wrote the report says otherwise the only reason I paid $ 17.000 plus was bec of the warranty that now they don't want to honor.
I gave then great reviews but now their true colors shine, I could have put on two roofs for the price I paid for one, the company is not trying to work with me, so I guess I have to hire a lawyer because I'm not letting this go.
First I'm calling help me Hank, perhaps he can help resolve this issue, im not getting anywhere with Gary Sherman, DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY ANYTJING FROM THEM WITHOUT GETTING EVERYTHING IN WRITTING. PRAYERS FOR ALL THAT ARE BEING TREATED POORLY OR BEING IGNORED BY THIS MULTI MILLION DOLLAR COMPANY.
I HAVE LEARNED ONE THING FROM THIS EXPERIENCE THAT IS THE WARRANTY IS ONLY AS GOOD AS THE OWNERS CONSCIENCE . I also need to mention that when they finished the job I had cracks in two bedroom ceilings and the kitchen that I had to have fixed and the rooms repainted at a cost of $6.000 out of my pocket.
