Heritage Park Apartments Breach of Contract Ladera Ranch California
Before signing a new rental agreement, I made sure there was a way out because of Disability. I had sustained injuries at work prior to my first year living there, and it was looking like I was going to have to move (with no place to go).
When I finally did, they reported me to the Credit Bureaus to the tune of $13,000. They breached the agreement we had. They are the ones who owe. *Of some concern is the way Maintenance never fixed lighting in halls and stairwells; PLEASE STAY FAR FROM THIS PLACE
