most of e-mail exchange with their "Support"
I paid for 4 items, I want to exchange 2 and return 1 and they are refusing to exchange or return anything even after over 5 e-mail exchanges and pointing out their return policy. They are offering $3 giftcard for their own website, it's absolutely unacceptable. They're not adhering to their own return policy its a SCAM.
