Utah Department of Commerce Don't waste your time reporting anything to this agency if you were defrauded and did business with anyone in Utah. Salt Lake City Utah
Their entire branch is garbage and as usual governemnt workers get a steady paycheck and a 6 figure income for doing nothing. If you invest into something in the state of Utah like in securities or in real estate or happen to buy something that is a large purchase and get defrauded badly such as false advertisement, never receiving the product or getting something so broken subpar and losing a lot of money due to it being a big ticketed item you are so out of luck. They are just paper pushers that won't do a d**n thing to help you or investigate but only good at wasting your time and patience despite giving them an entire binder to look at with so much evidence of the huge amount of monetary losses from a certain company or individual. Don't ever buy real estate or do any sort of business with people from Utah. They openly allow scams and fraudulent activities and don't care. You as a consumer will only be frustrated with the lack of accountability and stupid people that work there that get paid over 100K a year for doing nothing. They are suppose to be consumer advocates yet do nothing for you, a company can rip off millions and millions of dollars, change their phone number and they won't do anything about it and say it's a civil suit despite multiple people having the same issues with one entity. Utah is a haven for deviants and scammers.
Never expect any help from anything state or government owned.
