HYATT RIP OFF

March 2021 I recieved a letter stating that I owed Hyatt and Hyatt in refernce to a Providian credit card which I to have supposingly have used in 2007.  I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE HAD A CREDIT CARD IN THE AMOUNT BEFORE!  The letter that were sent to me was an old letter from the Clerk of Court Mrs Tiffany Moore.  When question the legal status and asked to give me a item list of the spendings.

I was abrutly  told to contact Providian credit card company. I explained to them if you have all the credentails you should have everthing.  I called my job and told them that I did not authorize anyone to take money from check.  I explained to them that it wasn't me but , didn't listene and continued to take my money including adminisatration fees. they literally taken $3387,51 from me. At some time a point I kept call payrole garnishment it stopped bur they had another judge to sign it.

Even the person that answered the phone was taken back about the amount they were taken from me as well as others at Wal-Mart.  They have literally taken $200-300 or more from my check for 8 months and this wasn't me I want all my money back and would like to file a compliant or something because, they are ripping the poor people off . The mijority are lacking education in the legal system and just poor.  These people needs to be stopped and stopped immediately.  I'm quite sure they had a wonderful Christmas.

Judgment

#2Consumer Suggestion

Thu, February 17, 2022

They have a judgment outstanding against you. That means you got sued over this matter and a court found you liable. I'm assuming you ignored the lawsuit and thought it would go away? Well, that's not how it works. If you don't show up, you lose automatically. And the time to dispute the debt was prior to the lawsuit being filed, or in court.
