The Icing Agency Mary Seats (aka) Mz. Skittlez also owner of Cupcake Mafia I paid for rebranding and marketing for my women’s apparel company and full services were not completed. Atlanta Georgia

The Icing Agency promotes business on Instagram. Owner Mary Seats. I hired the Icing agency to rebrand and market my women apparel brand. Initially she was very anxious for me to money wire her $9500 to do the job. I paid her through wire and PayPal. She emailed me a contract which was really represented as a flyer and not a contract.
As business went along and I requested changes to the work she did Mary became very combative and defensive. There were products that were purchased by her that I never got and she opened up my website for launch. None of the changes I requested to be done were completed and I have no products. I explained to her she’s hurting my brand, and there was no professionalism.
I did not get a professional plan of action and other contractual agreements. I asked her for a refund but she refused. According to the BBB she is using the same identity as another agency called Z Mars Design located in Lewisville KY. Icing Agency is not a legitimate company. The other company that is doing the work has 13 unresolved complaints with the BBB.
This company is scamming thousands of dollars and not delivering. Her INstagram handle is @theicingagency @mzskittlez
