J AND J Auto, Odessa, TX Jesus Jose Chavez J And J Auto Shop Jesus, Jose Chavez, J and Z Auto Has taken money, to repair vehicals, but not done the work. I have 4 small claims judgements againt him, he refuses to pay. Odessa TX
He has in a truck of mine and $10,600.00 to rebuild the engine in that truck. 4 years now the truck has never been fixed and he is selling MY TRUCK off part by part, toolbox/fuel tank, engine and transmission are now missing. Law enforcement will do nothing about the problem we have $30k+ in the truck this amounts to felony theft by deception.
He has also broken into my home and stolen a firearm, another felony. We are in our 60’s my husband is disabled and I must stay home to care for him, we are destitute at this point.
Jesus Chavez is directly responsible for the loss of over $100,000.00 in money taken for service not rendered, and other thefts, and losses to my supplemental income.
He has made threats against me in my own home. I am old woman, against a 6’4" 220 lb. man in his 30’s with public records of violence.
This man worked hard building our trust in him for 3 years before he began to scam us out of all our savings and working capital, He lies about everything and he lies to officers and judges, as well as anybody else he opens his mouth to. He professes serve God but does in fact serve evil. He hurts about everybody he comes in contact with.
He has multiple other judgments against him as well as assault, and fighting in public charges in the public records. The man is a public menace, and seemingly above the law.
