J Bell Services Broke my system and tried to sell me their new system to fix an issue they created Dallas Texas
This company broke my sprinkler system and would not fix it and didn’t finish the work because my system was broken. I replaced the fuse and noticed a sprinkler zone that was working before was no longer working. The company says they will fix it if I buy a new system. This is FRAUD. There was nothing wrong with my system before they came and they messed up a zone that had no issues and they won’t fix it. They took my money and broke my system. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND WILL BRAKE YOUR SYSTEM TO SELL YOU A NEW ONE. They do not honor their work. Stay away and choose a different company with competent technicians that won’t break your system and not fix it.
It shouldn’t matter if a rain bird system is old or new. If the system was working fine before they came they should be responsible for breaking it.
SCAMMERS and FRAUD, VERY BAD, DISHONEST BUSINESS
