The most unreliable business I have ever dealt with. Does save money, yes however at a high price of your time, money and personal self-worth. Their phones are very basic and CHEEP, breaking down constantly, not connecting due to "towers being worked on - IN YOUR AREA" leaving one without service for days at a time.

The replacement phone takes 10+ days to arrive even after being told it will be shipped in 3/5 days. Customer representatives are poorly trained to answer only the very basic questions with being put on hold constantly. In one year I've gone through 4 phones! Use this company if you have no other recourse and are desperate.
