jacks small engines refuse to refund their mistake forest hill md
Jack's Small Engine company sent me the wrong parts. The part numbers that they send me doesn't match the parts I requested. Because of their return policy, it costs more to return the product to get a refund than the product is worth. Jack's Small Engine company refuse to give me a shipping label to return their products.
Therefore it is not cost-effective to return the product and get a refund even if it is their mistake. I asked jack's Small Engine companies to refund all my monies or give me a shipping label to return this product at an effective cost. They refuse. Do not buy anything from this company.
