Jessica Abigail Murway Nacht is a con artist. As a former employee, I can fully attest to everything written in the other report and have the documents, emails, and texts with Jessica that can fully support every claim made. Do no go into business with her under any circumstance.

She will claim to have access to millions and billions of dollars, make potential investors keep filling out countless pieces of useless paper and end up stealing thousands from them. She has NO MONEY. I worked for Jessica for 3 months. I am owed money for over 6 weeks of work plus bonuses.

Another former employee is owed the same. Jessica has outright refused to pay and threatened to come after me, teach me a lesson, and destroy me if I try to get my unpaid wages from her. I have the entire conversation where she wrote that in a text message.

Jessica did not attend Harvard business school as she claims. She took an online course that anyone in the world could sign up to take. Jessica also did not graduate law school. She dropped out. Jessica’s 'expertise’ in project finance comes from a $29 online course (I have a copy of the receipt from January 2019). Jessica does not have any of the money she claims to have.

Her designer items are all fake, she goes to dealerships to take pictures in expensive cars, she travels to the airport to take pictures to post so it appears she is taking business trips. Landwealth Capital is uninsured. I have the cancellation notice from the insurance policy.

Jessica will claim otherwise but I have the entire document detailing the cancellation. There is also no office. She did not pay for her office on church street or in Huntington. There was never an office in Smithtown. She fraudulently used this address to make it seem like she had all these offices.

She never had more than two employees, myself being one and the other being a virtual personal assistant based in El Salvador. If you try calling any of the numbers listed in the website or in her email signature you will be disconnected. This is because she has no money to pay the bill.

I also have a copy of those statements showing her phone services were cancelled. The personal assistant listed in her email signature does not work for her because she wasn’t paid. Jessica has also created email accounts to fraudulently represent different finance people she has worked with to make it appear they are working for her.

These individuals do not work for her and are actually owed money by her. She is doing this to defraud other potential investors. Again, I have proof of this that can be provided. Jessica has also been admitted to south oak psychiatric hospital several times. She called it a 'retreat’ but the caller ID that displayed from there when she would call doesn’t lie.

Her emails are sometimes completely incoherent, with phrases like 'I no longer speak Americaneze’. This is not someone you should trust with money! Jessica’s entire scam is to purport to live this lavish life with access to millions and billions of dollars. She name drops people continuously like the Rockefeller’s and rothschilds as being extremely close friends.

She uses this false image to get people to invest with her and give their money to her. Do not give her money under any circumstances. She now has multiple claims against her, myself included. Every claim made here I can provide documentation of.

I have thousands of texts, emails, and documents. I would be more than happy to share this with anyone who is coming after her for money they are owed.

First, beware to empoyer who hires this employee. She did zero true work for 3 months in an office I paid for her to have by herself, any risk adverse CEO would take into consideration this is what she does as a part time employee that was given a chance. (Previously she was not emplyable)

1. I can provide my lease for 75 Prospect 

2. I can provide my lease agreement for 100 Church 

3. All accounting of the fact I never took a dollar from any indiviual that came to us for a loan ...ever. 

4. Detailed repport of Every loan we closed for over a year 

5. References 

6. Detailed accounting of every charity we support 

7. Detailed emails of all items requested of this indiviual not completed, in fact I am quite sure all of the proprietary information she stole (as a part time clerk that couldnt get a job before coming to us) This would bother any emplyer when threatened, I feel anyone considering her for emplyement should not consider her given what she complied and does ...

would you as an employer trust this indivdual? Not to mention she was only privy to the fix and flip business that was backed by the PE firm and Hedge fund, and our contracts we are open to provide as well. Last, employee was never privy to our more complex work that is 99% of what we do.

Danielle Johnson (the named employee) was hired via a referral from a close friend and taken into consideration for solely for the 1-4 first lein position real estate loans our company was offering to qualified investors at 7.5% and 8% we were and are backed by a Private Equity Firm in Florida (as the only direct represenatative approved in NY) and a size Hedge fund in NYC, our rates were and are below average and MONTH OVER MONTH LANDWEALTH gave to the church and 10 local and international other charirties, we have receipts for all of charitable giving and open to provide our accounting records of such, feel free to contact us at any time for this.

Danielle Johnson worked as a deli clerk for $13 an hour before she came Landwealth and we hired her part time, she was never privy to our other business, she did have the Huntington office avialble to her solely to give her a chance while I worked on our other more pressing business that took the majoirty of our time, actually traveling not taking pictures at airports.

It took Danielle 3 months to "try" to learn the fix and fix business only business, a very very basic business where all she had to do was collect documents and send them along to underwriting at the PE and Hedge Fund in NYC, a skill she was not capable of doing given her very limited background. After 3 months of part time work Danielle has moved on to a New Firm as a loan officer, given the skills she gained placing together "all info" she compliled on my buinsess.

I hope her next employer ., ED, proceeds with Caution. The insurance she speaks of is a renters policy for $50 a month, we maintain 100 Church Street and we have changed our phone provider and adding offices in UK and HK.

Our other buisness dealings in project finance require us to have business professionals, financial, accounting, legal, AML/KYC, due diliginece and well versed all things compliance that are under retainer agreements. 

(Not classes, though we do have them for reference, I doubt she could get past the first 15 minutes) 

Danielle is not privy to these indiviuals our agreements, our main business, our backers, most are solely international and commoditiies based. Our professional relationships we value highly. We are happy to provide references. Also note we are a lender and people come to us looking for money, every deal does not always work out nor every employee, it is the nature of business and our legal disclaimer. 

We do our best and we have not taken a dollar from anyone that has come to us for a loan. Only given.

Please email me at [email protected]. I will provide any documentation I can to expose her. I have the documents listed below and many more. I have not posted them as I don’t want to reveal any information on the individuals seeking this outstanding debt and jeopardize their case in any way.

-cancelled business insurance due to non payment and all the emails leading up to the cancellation for non payment -cancelled business phone for non payment -letters from debt collectors -email accounts impersonating other individuals in an attempt to defraud others -emails expressing her explicit intent to dissolve the business in an attempt to avoid paying debts

-text messages making threats that if she is sued for unpaid wages she will in turn sue me, bury me in legal fees, teach me a lesson, etc. -texts and emails that prove the woman she purports to be her personal assistant no longer works for her because she did not pay her.

-proof that she does not have office space in Huntington, New York City, or Smithtown. She has no office space at all. -receipt from the $29 online course in project finance she took in January 2019 -texts, emails, phone records that show she has been admitted to a psychiatric hospital several times -I have tons more emails depicting her newest scams as well that I will provide.
