Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! THEY ARE CROOKS! This is the shadiest dealership. They will lowball you on trade ins, tell you how your purchase is going to go as you’re signing your documents while your documents say another thing all while they are rushing you from reading them after keeping you at the dealership for 5 hours.

My husband and I bought a car from here in August and traded in my car. They lowballed us on the trade-in and pushed us to buy some d**n “GPS” thing that was “mandatory” which you guys can and should refuse. They cannot make you buy it. They make you think you have to. They had us write a check for $2500 for our car that they would hold until we brought the title back in. My car needed a title transfer which had to go through the Secretary of State. I was told by the “GM” Sean (who is an idiot that is too scared to return phone calls because he knows he is shady as hell and will have to face true accusations) that all I had to do was go to the Dept of are I to pay taxes on it and pay to transfer the title, bring the receipt and proof that I started the process back he would return the check we wrote for the trade less $100 until the title was in hand and would receive the rest. Also to leave the car there until the title came in. Supposedly they would monitor this, they didn’t.

Well, COVID happened and the Sec of State offices closed. Months went by nothing came in. Finally after months of trying to cal SOS offices I got in touch with someone and got the ball rolling on the transfer and had it processed. Just as this is going on, they text us saying they’re going to charge us $75 a day for storage fee for every day the car stays there. They did not disclose this upfront nor did we sign anything saying we would be liable as they told us to do this.

Ironically enough our title came in so we called to tell them we were coming with it so we could finally get our check back and complete the trade-in.

My husband gets there and they tell him they’re only giving us $1900 of it back because they had to reappraise the car. They did not disclose this information at the time of purchase. Of course the finance manager Justyna points out it’s in the paper work (that she rushes you through after being there for 5 hours telling you what everything is but no true details hoping you don’t ask) and justifies that this is the process and too bad for us.

Not only that, the car we purchased needed brakes, pads and rotors within 2 months of purchasing, an oil change within 1 month, and has some other major repair needed. They also hid a huge hole in the floor board with two floor mats to make the sale.

Save yourself. Do NOT buy from these crooks. This place is an AWFUL place of business.

I found a car I wanted. I filled out credit application and seller told me I was approved. Several times. Im from out of state and was excited about the potential new vehicle. I drive from out of state, just for them to pull a fast one. " Sorry, we can't sell this vehicle and have to sell it back to original seller because it was modified and voided warranty " . Whatever the hell that means.

Nothing stopping them from selling a vehicle with no warranty. Entire place is filled with vehicles having expired warranty. After few choice words, I look around to see if I find something else that interest me. Looked at an M2, which I too was approved for and they where going to sell me. Decided against it and picked out something else. After getting home LATE, 4am, and waking up the next morning, I was excited to ride around my new ride.

Had it towed less than 24 hrs having , and has been at a dealership since Nov 1. Ok, so i take some responsibility. After all this, I look at their website again, and see the car I originally wanted, still in there a for sale. Was told they where updating website and it hasn't been taken down. Next day I look, and the original car I wanted and was approved for was not only still in their website, it was listed as around $15THOUSAND more than when i got approved for it. I looked at others vehicles and looked at the M2 I looked at when i was here. Guess what their website showed about this M2?

That is had same kind of modifications done to it as the vehicle I originally wanted. They not only was selling it, they listed the modifications as if they where bragging about it. An ECU tune. Which voids factory warranty. Same thing done to it, that's they said they couldn't sell me the other vehicle. If any one doubts what I say, ill be glad to give you all the proof you want.

You are suffering from seller and buyer's remorse.

You attempted to sell a vehicle without possession of the title. Of course, your trade-in lost value while the dealer waited months for you to obtain the title. It's call depreciation. They may have lost a potential sale waiting on that title.
