Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Joan Joffa aggressively pursued my business through various email incentives offering to make introductions to CEO's, buyers and decision makers at various grocery chains in the state of Florida, most notably Publix. She also was to create a powerpoint sale deck and presentation for my beer brand "Warrior 21 IPA". The full list of promised and agreed upon deliverables from her is copy/pasted below, this is directly from her email to me: "I introduce you to best buyers in your category" "I arrange for shipment of samples" "I edit sales deck" "I schedule an in person meeting" I craft a 1 year promotional proposal where retailer does business" "This shows how customer base can be generated" "Affordable $2500/retailer" "Filling slots for holiday season" "Best choice Publix, Sprouts, Safeway, Walgreens" "Stores are filling all open gaps in August" So there is all is. And she has delivered on NONE of the above for 2 months now... We spoke on the phone numerous times and she provided what appeared to be legitimate references. She also sent emails offering discounted fees on additional high level referrals she would make based on committing to her in a reasonable timeframe. Roughly 2 months ago, she accepted a bank wire for $2475 to make an introductions to a lead buyer at Publix Grocery Store. I work with a high profile former professional baseball player who has launched a new beer with us, and this introduction was one that was welcome. After receiving the money, she immediately asked for additional time due "hurricane conditions" in Florida. Then she listed a death in the family as a reason for not delivering on any of the agreed upon materials or introductions to Publix. Then she stated it was cancer treatments she was going through that was the reason for the delay. Then she claimed her internet was out. Just a litany of excuses, dodges and delay tactics. And I still don't have my slide deck, or a meeting or even an introductory email with Publix or any other grocery chain for that matter. Roughly two weeks  we began to receive more and more cryptic messages, then she stopped responding to phone calls and emails completely. This matter has been reported to both her bank and the bank where the initial wire took place and this is clear bank fraud. My bank, Capital One, stated that they could not retrieve the funds as Joan Joffa was not responding to phone calls from her bank (Fifth Third) to verify that she had received monies in a wire transfer from me. They made 3 attempts to establish contact as is their policy in trying to reverse a wire transfer. To a small brewery like mine this is a heavy loss. I appreciate your time and your help!!!
