Joseph Polizzi is a fraud. I had my concerns using him in the first place but a coincidental mutual acquaintance indirectly knew him and vouched that he was an appraiser. As such I went ahead and sent my $500. NEVER heard back from him despite multiple emails, Facebook texts and phone messages.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNETHICAL THIEF!!!
