For nine months Kathryn Mullen had used my services as a digital imager, graphic artist and photographer.
She also used my services for the website she promotes. I designed the site created all the content on it even created the company logo, tag line and other corporate identity works. Kathryn Mullen has never paid an invoice in full or on time. I have personally loaned her monies wich she has not paid back.
Currently, I have offered to settle for far less than origionaly owed. Ms. Mullen has refused to pay the new balance. Since Several Final Notices and my vendors be paid in full for their services out of my pocket, I had no choice but to take down the webiste that I created.
I have witnesses her charging for advertising that never ran. And a fractured rate scale. She would charge what ever she could get out of them, Hi or Low prices to her consumers, clients and customers.
She was "producing a fashion show" for a convention. And collecting sponsorship money from busuinesses and has no intention of actually putting on the show.
My attempts to collect this money owed met with public defamation and telling people she fired me, and paid me well.

PAIGES ANSWER hi kate, he is the worst ever!! i don't know what you call creative. he s not whatsoever. his mind and the way he thinks is dinosaur age. giving false info. he does not even know how how to social media for god sake. i fired him before he cause any problem for my web guy. man you got ripped off for 2500$ my web person has been working with me for 9 yrs. and my website did not cause any more than $500 each site. checkout sorealhairextensions.com. and paigeanderson.com, andersonstudio.com. and my SEO is ranking #1 st on the page for 5 yrs in a row. and Andrew was trying to tell me that my web person didn't my site right. Andrew doesn't even how to work WordPress. which all my sites are built from scratch. he's a liar, cause me time that I lost due to his stupidity. basically, I fired and ask for a refund. or I have my lawyer get involved. people desperately need money and are willing to lie about what they can do. Andrew is very creative and very good at what he does. However, I paid him to buy my domain name and build me a site which he did and it looked lovely. After we would get an issue launched, he would like clockwork melt down and demand more money. I am letting him crash the site now in order to be rid of him professionally. I have bought a new domain name. I have built another site. I am starting over from scratch. Further he has contacted two of my advertisers to trash me to them and trashed me on LinkedIn as well, during one of his 3 meltdowns. While he is very creative, he is also very nefarious and malicious. I wanted you to know so you did not go into this blindly. As long as you are very kind to him, do not have any issues with the site (as details and corrections go endlessly undone) you should be okay. But the longer your relationship goes on the phrase "familiarity breeds contempt" will be true. He has cost me time money and attempted to damage my otherwise good reputation. And he has done this, knowingly and purposefully, while I have been rebuilding my life by starting an online business after living in my car and sofa surfing for 2 years. Knowledge is power. Now you know. Just don't be difficult, always be happy, let a lot of small things slide and you'll have a great relationship with him. Truth be told this site was taken down simply because she was three months behind in paying the hosting fees.
She is habitual lier and has a drug addiction. The fact is doing businees with Kathryn Mullen, Goddess Magazine TV, OmniMedia, or any other entity she chooses to scam people with, has not just affected my business but the livlyhood of countless vendors, models, advertisers, and friends. Some have been left with their own bill unpaid by Ms. Mullen and outstanding expenses of their own.
I would advise caution if she contacts you with her next sceme.

Andrew has crashed my site a 2nd time again demanding payment yet never providing an invoice to be paid. He is unstable due to a mental illness and capriciously is malicious calling my advertisers and telling them falsehoods about me and my company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND you work with Andrew. HE registered my domain name TO HIM AFTER I PAID FOR IT and holds it hostage whenever he needs money.
I have paid him as requested from the last rip off report and he NEVER TURNED OVER OWNERSHIP TO ME. DO NOT use Andrew Kyle. He is malicious and unstable The report below is total fabrication as I have reciepts for more than $2500 paid to him for services provided. In the final analysis, the site he created NEVER INDEXED on Google or got any relevant visitors so rather than retain Andrew further, I rebuilt the site myself under a new domain name Further that fashion show was a HUGE HIT at Texas Hemp Convention and pic smay be seen on my new website!
