I bought my house with solar panels already installed by hero program. My property taxes billed me 2 times a year for solar and new windows. I paid it off so my prop taxes were normal. I cannot get an answer or a copy of my agreement.
The billing does not show what they are charging me per kwh and the bill does not reflect the amount I paid last month. So I went to the website and it shows yet a third set of numbers. I have had billing problems for a long time. I pay around 250 a month and that seems like a regular electricity bill to me,
