Initially, Kolt Management positioned themselves as a leading partner in commercial property management, boasting a track record of revitalizing struggling properties and maximizing investor returns. Their success stories and promises of proactive management strategies convinced a group of building owners to entrust them with their properties.

However, once Kolt Management secured the contracts, signs of trouble quickly emerged. They began to strategically cultivate relationships with influential members of each building's management team, offering exclusive networking events and personal favors to gain favor.

Once divisions were sown among the management team, Kolt Management started implementing changes that seemed to benefit a select few while neglecting the broader interests of all property owners. Maintenance fees were abruptly increased under the pretext of necessary upgrades and enhancements, yet tenants and building owners saw no tangible improvements in services or facilities.

A significant incident that heightened tensions was Kolt Management's decision to switch maintenance contractors without consulting building owners. The new contractor proved incompetent, resulting in deteriorating cleanliness and maintenance standards across the properties. Complaints from tenants were met with indifference or promises of improvement that never materialized.

As frustrations mounted, building owners began to suspect financial mismanagement and favoritism towards certain tenants and management team members who were aligned with Kolt Management. Requests for transparency regarding financial decisions and operational changes were consistently dodged or delayed, further exacerbating distrust.

Building owners, increasingly disillusioned with Kolt Management's opaque and self-serving practices, mobilized to seek alternatives. They initiated discussions about terminating contracts, exploring legal options, and organizing efforts to replace Kolt Management with a new management team committed to integrity, transparency, and equitable treatment for all stakeholders.
