John Kuruvilla was caught few times lying under oath to judges getting away with it this guy is so corrupted that evening the city refuses charge or summons him he has debris, rats, Garbage all back houses. Using unlicense people do work fire hazard live wiring not covered, pipes broken sewer smell charging tenants rent over $1,300.00 in house isn't required to be raised that high due to not pay taxes.
John kuruvilla evens goes emergency services to get checks to help years pass due taxes which doesnt pay off either way refusing to do repairs on ceiling, broken walls and all foundation is bad. I file complaint but the code enforcement must be corrupted. That never took him court pay lien parking lot full Garbage and abandon car or conditions residents live 138 summer ave newark new jersey.
He went to try take out tenants with out reporting not register apartment giving fake lease got a court judge charge them money this landlord contiunes to walk in public laughing at the system earning him money ripping off tenants but doing stipulation settlement on and none register apartment charging tenants $900.00 start month and every 15 days $400.00.
The house is 2 dewling not a 3 were he has alot people living in poor condition no justice here JOHN KURUVILLA DESERVE GET DEPORTATION LOSE ALL PROPERTIES FOR CRIMINAL HE IS MISS TREATMENT OF PEOPLE LIKE SLAVERS..
