I had been running as a solo for about four months. Had picked up every load on time, delivered every load on time, but they said that I wasn't making enough miles even though I ran every load according to company guidelines.
They told me that I had a choice of running as a team or be fired. If you're not willing to run as a team with this company, it's not for you. They will lie to you, then hide behind religion.
If they had been honest with me up front saying that they wanted teams only, like Covenant did, it would have been different. I hate people lying to me.
Oh yeah, you'll get a bible quote every morning on the Qualcomm, and you can't delete it. It's enough to make you want to puke. I hate religion. They FORCE it on you.
