LifeRevelo Drawneven Internet sale of 1) a refurbished Samsung Galaxy S23 cell phone AND 2) Patriot solar generators, x3, which were never received by me. SHENZHEN HongKong
1) Patriot Solar Generator (LifeRevelo): I saw an advertisement online for a Patriot Solar Generator at a big discount the more you buy. I requested 3 generators for USD $69.99, (I know, it sounds too good to be true and it was), this was 7-26-2023. As of 9-8-2023 I hadn't received the items and checked my CC account and found the charge for $69.99. I followed the 'LifeRevelo" customer support link, CustomerCare-VIP.com, to track the shipment and found a sketchy carrier name, "Star-Wish", claiming the item was delivered to my address on 8-14-2023. The 3 items were never delivered to me. I sent an email today, 9-8-2023 requesting a full refund. The same day today, I received an email from https://xps.customercare-vip.com/index/index/service/token/00c643d8970dadfc6d3245991165fa220200, saying they had sent a refund I should receive in 5 business days. I'll check with my CC company to see if they actually sent me the refund.
2) Refurbished cell phone (Drawneven): I saw an advertisement online for refurbished Samsung cell phones. I searched around & found Samsung Galaxy S23 and purchased it for USD $45.98, on 8-3-2023. As of 9-8-2023 I hadn't received the item and checked my CC account and found the charge for $45.98. I followed the 'Drawneven" customer support link, CustomerCare-VIP.com, (the same link as in 1), to track the shipment and found the same sketchy carrier name, "Star-Wish", claiming the item was delivered to my address on 8-17-2023. The item was never delivered to me. I sent an email today, 9-8-2023 requesting a full refund, no response.
In summary, it appears to be the exact same organization running these scams on two different products. I reported these two incidents to my CC company and provided email documentation backing up my claims of fraud. I can provide the same documents here as well if needed. I am an honest person and have reported this incident accurately and, again, I never received the items I paid for.
