I ordered four clamps of which they don't sell in the store. The first order they supposedly shipped had a tracking number but according to what I was told by FedEx they never received it. The second order was sent out promptly of which was damaged in transit. I called after we received s damaged box that had been opened and had messy tape all over the box. The clamps rattle like broken plastic are scratched and scrapped up. I called Lowe's customer service of which I sat on hold for an hour. I was told that I had to take these damaged clamps to FedEx to return them which is a long ways from where I live that's why we had them shipped to begin with . They finally told me they would have them picked up but won't send a replacement until these are received back in North Carolina when these damaged ones took me two weeks to get because they had sent two orders of which FedEx never shows receiving the first order. I was told they could give me $10.00 off of four damaged clamps which is a joke. I will never order from Lowe's.com again part of my order was shipped in a trash bag! They either sent them out damaged or FedEx who they shipped it on by their choice damaged it of which neither are my fault leaving me with over $200.00 in damaged clamps! Thanks Lowe's.com for horrible customer service, for not shipping what you said you did when you said you did and such a big discount on four damaged clamp and not standing behind had you sale!
