i called 1888metro8 to have my prepaid phone account closed 9+ days before it would be due to renew.. The agent assisted me and canceled my account with zero verification as to who I was or why I was closing said account. Afterwards I asked what happens to the money that I over paid seeing as I still had several days left to which she responded oh you forfit that money. How can this be seeing as if I upgrade the same service I am Charged a prorated amount, wouldn't that say that if I shut the phone off with 9 days left I should be owed something?
