Miniflyx Miniflyx TV MINIFLYX Wedding Video Service Scam Mobile AL
DO NOT USE THIS SCAMMING BUSINESS! SCAM SCAM SCAM
My husband and I found this company Miniflyx TV on Bark.com as we were looking for a videography service for our wedding in Gulf Shores, AL on July 22, 2023. We spoke with Tremayne Williams and agreed to booking with the company (Miniflyx TV). The contract was signed on June 9, 2023 with a deposit of $850 and the remainder of $849 paid the day of service. The Grand Cinema package was picked with the following services offered 2 Videographer, drone package, Up to 8-10 hours, Pre-event coverage, full event coverage, Pro Audio sound recording, music & voice overlay, raw footage, 6-10 minute cinematic highlight, digital delivery. The videos were supposed to be delivery 6-8 weeks after the wedding but the problem arose when I reached out multiple times by email. Tre stated they were having problems with the delivery and he assured me the videos were ready. He sent use a few clips of the raw footage on Oct 4, 2023, and said the rest was coming. It is now Dec 7, 2023, and he hasn't sent anything else. He promised drone coverage with the package and told me after our wedding months later that he couldn't use the drone. My husband, started emailing him (Nov 26, 2023), asking for the remainder videos including the highlight video which was most important to us as we could view our big day or a refund and the only thing responded by Tremayne was he would check into it and no response since. This company failed us miserably as this was the biggest day of our life a day we can't do over. We spent our hard-earned money to not receive what was promised. We feel scammed out of $1,699 at this point. This company is the worst I have ever dealt and definitely do not recommend it. They make contracts and do not honor them. I noticed recently there are other reviews about him not producing other wedding videos so this seems to be Miniflyx TV's way of handling business. We have since reported him to BBB and he continues to send them to Bark.com instead of responding. He has even changed his website portraying that he doesn't offer video services. Total scammer!
