First, their website states they are located in California and that return instructions will be given once a return is needed.


We want you to be completely happy with your Mislish order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return or exchange. Please contact our Customer Service to initiate the return process within 30 days upon receiving your item(s).

General Return & Exchange Process

1. Consult our customer service Indicating the order number, item(s) you want to return and the reason.

2. Our customer service will provide some instructions about returns and exchanges of the item(s) within 24(workdays)/48(weekends) hours.

3. Please send the item(s) within 7 business days upon receiving the return instructions. And keep the tracking number safe.

4. Refund you within 2-5 business days or prepare new items asap after we receive your returns. 

Please note:

  •  Any item to be returned or exchanged must be in new, unused and resalable condition, with the do not remove tag still attached in the same place as originally sent.
  • Shipping fee is not refundable. Customers are responsible to pay postage for returns and exchanges

Wrong Items, Damaged or Mis-shipped Items

You are qualified to get a full refund if your items are defective, damaged or mis-shipped. Or we can send new ones for you.  

Then, you find out that you have to spend $30 to ship back to China, I followed their return instructions, kept all my emails, took pics of the dress, dress is unworn, tag still on.  If you buy from this China company, don't plan on returning and getting a refund. 

That is the scam, I have done it before ordering unbeknownst to me that the clothing company was out of China.  This was a $100 dress, and I am still waiting on my refund.
