Modal Living LLC mistreats its clients as a manufacturer and designer of ADU architecture, and they have only consistently failed to deliver on their promises. Still, they have also demonstrated a complete disregard for the well-being of those who have placed their trust in Modal Living LLC.
It is unfortunate to hear about the experiences of so many clients who have been left with poorly constructed ADUs because receiving nothing at all would be 100% theft; despite paying significant sums of money to Modal Living, some of these funds come from retirement accounts, or a loan was taken out to do so. Worse, many of these clients have been subjected to a complete lack of communication and transparency. Examples include not answering the phone when potential customers call or failing to give back a deposit if one changes their mind.
It is simple, and It is unacceptable that any company would behave in such a way, taking advantage of vulnerable clients seeking to create a healthy living space for themselves or their families. Modal Living lacks professionalism and only demonstrate a total disdain for its clients. They will be fast to take your money but then will under-deliver and over-promise, much like a dirty narcissistic used car salesman.
Furthermore, the apparent lack of accountability and willingness to take responsibility for mistakes is deeply concerning. Modal Living LLC seems to have no qualms about avoiding clients, ignoring their concerns, and refusing to make things right, and this causes anxiety, depression, and hopelessness for clients. This vile company does not have your best interest in mind and will not take your concerns seriously; a manipulative and cunning thief never does..................................... Being nice, reasonable, following the rules, and being logical to people like this get you nowhere.

This company is the biggest fraud and screwed over at least 60+ parties involved and all of their stakeholders that invested in them, provided a service or purchased a home from them. All board of directors are scam artists with many shell accounts among all of them. You will get a substandard house that does not function or not get one at all. They do not honor their warranty. All honest concerns was suddenly erased from the BBB which is also a useless website that takes bribes for an A rating or to remove consumer reviews. Modal Living from Utah currently has a D- rating with suddenly 0 complaints when it featured a dozen before. They are horrible people that will take your money and try to blackmail you and take your products for ransom refusing to ship it to you. All attorney generals and instituitons in Utah that are suppose to protect the consumer won't do a thing for you despite ample evidence of fraud, money laundering etc.
