MSGT Holdings LLC Michael Noto aka Mike Noto Took our money and promised a return in short period of time and Never happened. Oil Scam deal says Russians involved Fayetteville Georgia
Basically, we signed an agreement for helping his company get a contract that never procured anything and has never even closed. So he has kept our funds and decided that cursing us on the phone was good enough to back off! So we have reported his company and him to certain agencies to be on the lookout for other scams and or fraud. Stole 35,000 US dollars and hasn't paid a Penny!
