Do not use the thieving lying bastards over at M&T Bank.
These criminals will literally steal tens of thousands of dollars out of your bank accounts for no reason simply because you filed complaints against them with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Federal Trade Commission, NYS Department of Financial Services, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and the Federal Reserve (which I suggest that you do!)
Let’s go over some of the other reasons that this bank is literally one of the worst banks in the United States, and probably the world:
(1) they have hardly any branches or ATMs in the USA so you have to sometimes travel miles away to either deposit cash or money or even to make a withdrawal without incurring huge ATM fees from other more mainstream banks;
(2) their corporate staff is located in upstate New York which is predominantly run by backwood, backward, and white supremacist racists who hate black and brown people, and crap all over their bank accounts;
(3) their “chief technology officer” Olga Hyman is actually slightly retarded and not only does not have any cognizable or competent technical background whatsoever, but if you piss her off, she will illegally go into your bank account or merchant services account and tamper with or change your passwords without your knowledge or permission, just to f**k with you;
(4) M&T Bank is staffed by thugs and goons like Danny Quiles who literally threaten you with violence if you complain about their sub-standard and shitty products, service, and facilities - they will also gaslight you and try to draw you into a verbal conflict so that they can try and either get you arrested or close your bank account (while stealing your own funds - see above).
Avoid these bastards like herpes.
