MyCustomBobbleheads.com Customer Ripoff, taking money upfront and product never arrives on time, no ETA as well Kowloon Hong Kong
The company charges for custom bobbleheads. They take money for expedite orders and shipping but the order never arrives in that timeframe. They dont refund the money back after ordering and they dont give any ETA for the product. So you are held hostage with them, they have your money and product and there is no estimation of when you will recieve it (even if u paid to expedite), plus no idea of the quality you will recieve.
IF you ordered for a special occassion and paid extra for the expedite order even then it will be delayed without ETA and even then they wont allow you to cancel the order.
