Have been trying for over four months to get my refund. Received hearing aids on October 7, 2020 and returned them (confirmed receipt) on November 15. After 64 days, well after the 45 days advertised with many "be patient" requests from their reps, I challenged the charge butthe charge was reapplied a month later. After sending them the chargeback form per their request, they now want 75 days just to process the form before starting the refund process all over again.

Should have investigated this scam of a company before spending $595. They have no intention of refunding my money. I have over 40 emails from them, all with the same lame excuses. Have registered complaints with the BBB and the Arizona Attorney General. Will continue to register complaints with anyone who will listen. 

Last resort is Small Claims Court.

You have had all the info for 6 months!! This is just another example of the stalling tactics Nano uses to avoid refunding mine and so many other peoples money. Nano has sent me approx. 40 emails so why do I have to give it now! The invoice number from September 30, 2020 is 251345, if your records don't go back that far. Do I have to send you my itemized list of all the emails you have sent to me since November 5, 2020 when you sent me the shipping label to return the aids and the email on November 15, 2020 confirming receiving the hearing aids I returned.

Your lame excuses are pathetic. People have to be warned. Once they send Nano money for hearing aids, if the aids do not for them, they might as well throw the aids out because Nano has no intention of ever return their money. I have been trying for 5 months and getting nothing but aggravation.

This Sharry, who works at this fraud of a company, wrote to me on March 24. Evidently, she has a very short memory or just overwhelmed by the complaints that she has to deal with. I never would have contested the original charge to my credit card if I had gotten my refund instead of filing the complaint 64 days after those aids were confirmed returned by Nano. Their policy say 45 days or less. Now they are using the chargeback to drag this out for another 3-1/2 months! Below is the last of atleast 40 emails I have received from them answering those I have written. You notice she says "if I cooperate." What does that supposed to mean, shut up and wait till I die!

I understand, however, as per protocol, we don't issue a refund to an open chargeback until a resolution is determined.   A Shopify chargeback typically takes 50-75 days for a resolution to be reached, but this can be cut in half if the customer cooperates and gets the chargeback dropped. Once the chargeback status has been lifted in Shopify, it will allow Nano to be able to issue you a refund.   For more information about Shopify Chargebacks, please see the section on Chargeback Process.   We appreciate your cooperation and patience in this matter and apologize for the inconvenience.   Sincerely, Sharry Nano Support Team

Hi Mike,   I'm sorry if you feel that way but the RipOff website is a different platform and we can only see your first name, so that's why I asked for more info.   Well, it's true that I do handle Email customer support for Nano Hearing Aids. I also do monitor this website so we can properly address all concerns of our customers.   I'm happy to assist and check this for you, so please provide your order number. Once I received it, I'll check what I can do.   Based on my response (on the email you pasted), if there's a pending or active we're unable to process refunds on our end right away - this is to avoid double refunds.   If you already submitted your chargeback dropped letter, for sure it was already submitted to our Payment Processor and Chargeback team. This means that the waiting period (normally it's 50-75 business days) will be shortened.

If you did not submit the letter yet, you can submit it to us at [email protected]. If you're not willing to drop the chargeback, that's fine and we respect your decision.
