This a warning against hiring Nasim Dehghani of Undisputed Legal Process Servers of New York. This sociopathic cold hearted b***h will ruin and betray you and your case, and her shoddy work will result in default judgments against you, over and over again, in the tens of thousands of dollars.
For example, this witch will:
(1) over charge your credit card on file astronomical amounts of money without your permission, knowledge, price quote sometimes in the thousands of dollars’
(2) will take your money first, figure out the problems with service later (need original signatures, clerk being difficult, too far away, don’t have correct address, etc);
(3) will lose your mail and deliveries and blame it on the post office, meanwhile she does not have a real physical office, just has a bunch of “virtual offices” all around New York where the people there do not even know her or give a s**t about the mail that you send them, which they lose or misplace constantly;
(4) will dump you as a client literally a few days before motions are due, default judgments are set, and other pleadings that result in default judgments against you and your law office.
If you have also been a victim of her chicanery con-artist cold hearted cold blooded personality, please also file complaints against process servers in New York and together we can drive this virus out of business.
