In May '24 an item was purchased off their online store for which I was charged right away.  The page for the item stated that it would ship within 2-10 business days and arrive in time for pride month.  However there was a statment that said that they were performing a warehouse system upgrade that would delay shipping.  Cut to two months later and no sign of a shipment.

When contacting the customer service they do respond with some generated email stating that I will recieve a notification when the item ships. Now online the same item still claims all the same things and is in stock, but when you go to put it in your cart you get a new message..."Orders placed between Wed. 7/10- Wed. 7/24 will have a slight delay in shipping due to a system upgrade in our warehouse. Thank you for your patience & support." 

This company has stolen money from me and refuse to provide an update as to when the item will be shipped.  Now they claim this upgrade to their system is happening every month now to avoid meeting shipping and logistics deadlines.  You can look on several sites for reviews and see complaints about having to wait forever for shipping,  Do not buy from this company if you ever expect support or to recieve what you purchased.
