[email protected] I just read the denial letter Phil Baldasar, Never once was my credit in question with NEW DAY USA. And had it bee why play us along for 3 months? Since you seem to think I will fade away you are wrong. You made that BS up in  my letter of denial and I will do everything Legally to see you lose you agent license. You and Cody Solar and Nick Dezousa misrepresented to Teri and I each and  every step of the way and in the end you wasted everybody's time. U are going to see that David can bring down the Giant Phil. You Denial letter proves to me you and New Day are full of it. New Day Preys on us Veterans with out a care in the world. I started my complaints to the approbate agency that will deal with New Day USA and hopefully you. Had you be honest Phil from the start I would never attach you and New Day but your handling of this was out of line. You new everything after Nick F us up. But because you knew as well as I did you could not close as fast as they wanted to Only Because Nick screwed us you came up with another way to denied the loan. You have no moral fiber in your company and you body.  Lying USAwill be your down fall as well as Cody and New Day. I read New Day's complaints, all from Veterans who your company preyed on and in return were lied to by you and your company. No Veteran deserves this kind of treatment. I will hopefully hear that you lost your agents licence which serve that the truth is better than lying. I hope Cody Solar license get's taken also.
