Nikola Valenti advertise free jewelry and charged a membership without my permission - SCAM POMPANO BEACH Florida
I saw an advertising on Facebook of a necklace for free you just pay shipping and I went for it, went to the website paid with my paypal account around $1 and I receive not just the one I choose but more without ask, first of all are not jelewry like they advertised they are cheap bling bling that you can buy in the dollar store, so I saw the quality and relaxed, one month later I received a charge in my paypal of $49.98.
I check in the statment and didn't reconized, so I open a case on paypal and after research the name of the company my surprise were the necklace company, so I wrote several emails asking for a refund and they said because I opened a claim with paypal so they don't want to talk to me anymore nor give me a refund.
I made a claim at bbb.org already they denied too, I wrote more emails, you can see in the bbb.org they have a lot of complains in their reviews on facebook too, It's a scam, in the process of get the product for free they showed the famous screen with micro letters and in there says you will have to pay for piece includind the one you didn't ask for and when I notice they just put a membership in my paypal account for 50 dollar per month, without my permission.
I read in their reviews of facebook and there is a person that return the "jewelry" and they still are charging per month IT'S A SCAM, I just want my $50 dollars back they took for my rent this month, they are crooks
