We were asked to pay 9.95 in shipping, which we did. Upon its arrival we were told we had to pay another 4$ in shipping. I was not around and my wife paid it, unreal.
--Its this very light shelf paper, and we now paid 14 $ in shipping. I WISH I has been around, I'h betting they do this on a regular basis

The post office is the one that implemented an additional $4 surcharge for long packages, that the seller was probably not aware of. That only went into effect a couple of months ago. Weight has nothing to do with it, but the surcharge applies to any package longer than 22".
