Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Oakland Subaru and I agreed on a price on the phone. After getting through the door and further agreeing on the price with sales person a fat middle eastern man with a big nose intervened and bait and switched the contract. They TRICKED me into paying THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS more than our agreement.

Furthermore they charged $299 for a 'NITRO' tire fillup, and they filled up my tires to 41 PSI. The specification calls for 32 PSI. UNSAFE AND DANGEROUS.

Their service is low quality. Instead of popping a panel into place they had my car for 1 week, ordered a new panel, and installed it wrong. It took another dealership 30 minutes to fix it by installing it correctly.

Oakland Subaru, aka Downtown Auto Center, aka Oakland Toyota is a SCAM AND RIPOFF.

RUN!!!! Don't WALK!! THEY ARE THIEVES, SCAMMERS, LIARS. DISHONEST BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS. BAD SERVICE. BAD SALES.

How Were You "Tricked"?

Any extra charges including the FAKE FEES and this nitrogen CON-GAME are summarized on the paperwork YOU agreed to by signing. Did you even read what you were agreeing to BEFORE you agreed to it??? What BOGUS, ADD-ON, PHONEY FEES did you agree to?

This nitrogen BS is nothing more than slimeball car dealer CON-GAME . You do not need nitrogen in your tires and if you want to go ahead and get it, it most certainly DOES NOT COST HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS! The Sleazy American Car Business gets away with their CON-GAMES because people DO NOT READ what they are signing.

If you would have, you would have seen the price discrepancy, this nitrogen BS and whatever other FAKE FEES they added and you could have walked out! Let this be a lesson learned. When you are signing a contract which is legally enforceable in a court, COMMON SENSE dictates YOU READ IT before agreeing to it...PERIOD!
