Perfect Building Maintenance - New York NY is avoiding sending temps by splitting up the jobs with other workers there. During a time where work is more scarce for temps this is unfair and i suggest something is done about this at least during slow period for temps. 

Perfect Building Maintenance needs to not hire too much people during slow times to even out work. This will make a massive difference. They need to even out temp workers.
