PIAZZA MAZDA OF WEST CHESTER Ripoff bait and switch on lease trade in they initiated West Chester PA
Beware of getting cheated at Piazza Mazda of West Chester. I received an email offering to let me out of my lease early by them taking my leased Mazda on trade. This is what they offered me Dec. 13, 2021. When I went in, salesman Mel told me he's have Kevin talk to me. Kevin told me they could so lo g as I put down the $7395.30 I put down last time. I told them and eve. Showed them my bank statement that said I put down $880.00 on 12/13/21. They told me I was wrong. I thinknI would know if I had given out that kind of money from my accounts. THEY had told me in 2021 that they traded the value of my trade against the new one (or the overage from the residual). ANYWAY the car I leased in 2021 was a much higher grade of car than the one I had traded in and had three collision reports on it. The new car is right where it should be on miles, has never bee. Wrecked, and has three month old brand new 6o or 65k tires on it, and has all the maintenance on it. They are telling me it's not even worth the residual so they want cash for the trade "like I did last time" when I hadn't. Piazza Mazda of West Chester is up to no good. Take your business elsewhere. IM going to the BBB. Bunch of crooks.
