I am posting this in hopes that others may avoid the waste of time and money we've had to endure. Last year we purchased a car for my son from Premier Motorcars Inc The salesperson we used is actually FAMILY on my ex-husbands side. We bought a 2006 Ford F-150 that had very low mileage (62,000) and financed through Florida Commerce CU.

We added the "premium" warranty in case anything went wrong. 6 months later the truck began having problems. Back and forth to a mechanic to find that the engine needed to be replaced. Almost 4 months later the warranty company has denied our claim due to "pre-existing condition". Despite the fact that we changed the oil, the engine is completely covered in sludge caused by the oil not being changed prior to our purchase.

The adjuster went as far as to say the oil may have NEVER been changed prior to our purchase. In addition, the timing chain (the only shiny part in the pics) was replaced recently - and whoever did that HAD to have been trying to cover up the condition of the engine.

I spoke with our family member who sold us the truck. He asked the owner, Tom Bianco, to call me. In stead, someone named Omar called. He basically told me the only reason he was following up was because they valued their relationship with FL Commerce. I explained my side and said that I felt they should take some responsibility for replacing this engine (a $5,000 cost to us) and that it had been modified fairly recent to cover up the sludge issues, to which his response was "can you prove we did that?". At no point did he apologize and basically said they would take no responsibility. He did say "had you called a month after you bought it maybe, but not now".

These pictures don't lie - whether they knew it or not, they sold us a truck with a destroyed engine. I've added the photos of our engine taken for the warranty company.. as well as a picture I got online of a clean engine. I also find it quite strange that a 12 year old truck only had 62k miles on it and was in this condition, but as Omar said "modifying an odometer is illegal".. though, I wouldn't put that past them either!

So, long story short - do NOT do business with these people. If this is how they treat family, I'd hate to see how they treat someone walking in off the street. Now we are stuck with a truck, a car loan and no engine. Having to invest another $5k into a 13 year old truck.
