Pyramid Autographs Selling fake celebrity autographs Millersville Pennsylvania
I purchased what was sold to me as an authentic autographed picture of Sylvester Stallone for $150.00 from Pyramid Autographs. After I had made the purchase I then saw some complaints about them selling fake autographs. I got worried and I had the autograph I purchased evaluated by online source Autograph Live and 4 respondents all said that the autograph I purchased was not authentic. To make sure of this I submitted the autograph to Beckett for their opinion and they also said that the autograph was not likely to be authentic.
Pyramid Autographs says that they will allow returns within 30 days. I have emailed them ([email protected]) and messaged them through their website and they are not responding to me. They have a phone number listed (717) 584-3271 that is not a working number. I’ve read complaints where they regularly don’t respond to customers who want to return items and I’ve read that someone returned an item and never got their money back.
I need help with getting them to respond to me. I don’t want to return the item if they aren’t going to respond to me or give me my money back. Companies like these that knowingly sell fake autographs as authentic should not be allowed to stay in business.
