Raza Lawrence Malpractice lost a license for a year. RazaLawrence is a terrible attorney.
Raza Lawrence is a real Harvard phony. Degrees dont keep integrity or teach respect. This is a message that could not have been avoided . I have tried many times to stay civil with this man. He falsy represented me as a tier 2 applicant in LosAngeles Cannabis Industrys licensing process.
This was proven by the DCR that day I was Tier 1 No exceptions I'm actually applied I phase3 as tier 1 . My legal criminal paperwork was present proving I was tier 1 , as well as Raza getting schooled by the DCR in the tier 1 and 2 and my status , he chose to support a lie and a client he was clinging 2 for $$ . He could have gave me the 51% that I was offered when we started the transaction.
When his law firm assumed I was tier 1 and it is 51% minimum for any tier 1 operator, I still own the license with the buyers on question he wanted me to sell 100% as a tier2 .Because of a time frame I was still put in a position to release a asset because history with his partner family . I had provided a buyer who was not willing to use Raza Lawrence or his law office this pigeon holed me. The malpractice demonstrated by I was ripped off.
