Reborn bathroom solutions Reborn bathroom remodeling Omar Quoted a price of $13,000 total for bathroom remodel I signed the contract which salesman neglected to give me my copy. My requests for my copy were ignored. Paid full amount by check. The remodel was never done. Anaheim California
Reborn bathroom solutions was at my local Costco. I was looking to remodel my master bathroom felt company had to be legitimate since they were at Costco. Was contacted by a salesman from Reborn to come to my home to get a quote for the remodel. The salesman wrote up the contract and quoted a total price of $13,000 for the complete remodel, which I paid for by check. I signed the contract which The salesman conveniently forgot to give me my copy. I called and repeatedly asked for my copy but never was given my copy. The salesman said the remodel would only take one week. The work took over two weeks to even begin. The labors arrived and did the demo. Then different men came a week later to put up the drywall. They were total amateurs the job looked horrible and they ended up puncturing a pipe behind the drywall they installed. The next day I noticed the drywall was getting real wet. I called the company to ask for someone to return and fix the mess. I left messages with no reply right away. Finally a man by the name of Omar calls to say that I need to pay him $3000 more for the glass shower doors and that I needed to call the supplier to order it. I asked him if he had hit his head real hard? Because he had to be crazy if he thought I was going to pay for the shower doors which come with the remodel I already paid for. This company is a scam they are thieves they have my money and my bathroom remodel was never done. I have now had to get a honest and reputable company to do my remodel. Buyers beware don't hire this company. In fact I was told by one of the laborers that came out that this company prays on the elderly takes there money and doesn't do the work. Shame this company who claims to be Christen! Yay right
