Sept 5th 2019 I purchased a 360 day Redpocket plan from the redpocket store on ebay for 229.00 I activated the plan on 9/9/2019 as evidenced by the event being recorded in my account on line. Since the plan is only good for 360 days it was set to expire on 9/4/2020

On Aug 24th 2020 I purchased another 360 day phone plan for redpocket  for 209.99. I activated this plan on 8/31/2020 (4 days before my old plan was to expire) again, as evidenced by the events recorded on my account webpage. So why is RedPocket waiting until 9/30 to provide me with the 7gb of data I purchased as part of the new plan that was activated on 8/31/2020?

The Redpocket Response is: "CS Louise 09:46 Hi Daphne, as it turns out the upgrade of your plan from 5GB to 7GB will take effect on the next cycle which is on the 30th of this month. Currently, you are under the 5GB plan."  (Problem is the 5gbplan expired on 9/4)

i HAVE REQUESTED TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR NONE WAS PROVIDED.
