Get a room.com I tried reserving from the hotels website and was brought to this web site. They reserved a room in a completely different state and would not let me change it. Dallas Texas
I went to trublue by hilton in Duluth Minnesota to reserve a room for that night. I was directed to there website and ended up reserving a room iin Lopuisiana and I contacted the website. They told me that i couldn't change the reservation unless The hotel was called directly and canceled it. I called the hotel and they tried to get me to reserve a room in duluth,mn and expected me to pay for both of the reservations.
IU was told to call another number, who then procedded to tell me to call the hotel and have them send a confirmation of approval or the cancellation and They would refund my money. I went back and forth between the website and the hotel with no satisfaction for over an hour and endedup being charged for the room.
