Roseville Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine This physician told me employer I was unfit to go back to work and he gave me a return to work letter lying that I could go back. Now I'm forced to pay for a CPAP machine that I can't afford and medication he assigned to me and I used my last money. Thanks what a great physician. Roseville, Michigan
I went to this Dr. and I thought he was on my side I needed him to sign my paperwork and help get me back to work., he gave me a back to work letter but the unemployment insurance agency got hold of information that went to my employer and stated I wasn't fit to return to work. This doctor cost me my job and more. I'll never return to him again. I suggest everyone find someone else to go to. If I could give no stars I would. I don't recommend this doctor to anyone.
