In July 2023, I was introduced to Mr. Ruben Ledesma Hudson, which eventually led to a significant investment of $250,000 in his venture on September 25th. Our arrangement was based on the anticipation of a 12% return within 120 days. Prior to this investment, extensive discussions took place regarding potential projects and my prospective role as director of operations.
However, our communication abruptly ceased following a fraud alert from Chase on October 6th, leading to the closure of my account. Despite providing Mr. Hudson with comprehensive evidence of our agreements, including phone recordings, texts, and business proposals, all attempts to reestablish contact were unsuccessful. The situation escalated when a call with his attorney, Mr. Scott Christensen, yielded no resolution.
Moreover, Lisa Montellano, an Enforcement Investigator for the Oregon Division of Financial Regulation, has initiated an investigation into Mr. Hudson for possible fraud violations, to whom I have provided all relevant information.
I possess nearly 900MB of evidence, comprising emails, text messages, WhatsApp communications, organization charts, and transcribed voice messages, all of which substantiate my claims. Furthermore, a Lexus-Nexus report on Mr. Hudson revealed approximately 10 felony convictions in Texas for other fraud schemes.
