Samphanh Rowe at Amerigroup is a liar and a thief. She introduced herself to me as a broker manager at the former caremore and then she proceeded to distribute my client list with Amerigroup to rival brokers who wrote my clients to other plans.
She has several broker friends and will take kickbacks to screw one broker over in favor of another. She is a straight up charlatan and a deadbeat. She pretends to be professional but is really a snake in the grass.
Do not trust Sam Rowe. She is a their and a liar. She will still from you.
