Scumbag Scott Locker is a thief, a liar and a grifter who, for the safety of our children & communitie(s) needs to be arrested, charged and held accountable for his crimes. Scott Robert Locker has a home Ensenada, Mexico where he has frequently been observed, along with his wife Rebeca Locker-Acosta.
Rebeca Locker served time in federal prison from 2006 - 2008 for insurance fraud. Scott Robert Locker is currently absconding from authorities in Ensenada, Mexico and it is believed his wife Rebeca is undergoing hormone therapy in preparation for transition surgery.
