Second Chance Apartment Finders RENT TO OWN HOMES COMMUNICATION DYNAMICS LLC .NET ROY SPIEGEL THEY LIED TO ME ABOUT THEIR SERVICES AND TOOK MY MONEY!! St louis FL
I got a phone call from " Apartments and home finders" telling me how they get people with unfair background issues approved for housing , I am currently looking for housing so I listened to them , asked questions, and after they harrassed me early in the morning for a whole week , I caved in and paid , even though their " services" sounded wayy too good to be true. They verbally told me that they specifically work with private landlords and talk to them to get people with housing issues approved.
The list they sent me was NOT of private landlords, they sent me a FREE , PUBLIC, listing from apartments . Com , they don't have any special " Private landlord" databases like they lied and said they do !!. I immediately told them to refund me , after further investigation , I found out they have done this to a ton of different other people , they have multiple email addresses, websites, phone numbers, and " company names." Just an all around RIP OFF!!! " Roy spiegel" is the company owner , their main name is communications dynamics llc , they are so much of a shady company that capital one shut down my whole account just because I tried to make a payment to them , capital one called it very suspicious activity
