I buy in Walgreens a "$50 Truly Unlimited" data plan for use i my brazilian phone, a brandnew Samsung Galaxy M13. The product doesnt work and i acesss the app of Simple Mobile for help. The attendant explain (i have a print with this instructions) that i have to buy another product and it will be ok to use the "Truly Unlimited". So i buy in the next day, in the same Walgreens shop, the SIM Kit. Doesnt work again. Another acess in the app of Simple Mobile and another attendant answer me that my phone doenst work with this SIM Card because its a Verizone SIM card and my phone only accept AT&T. He also said that in the SIM Kit has two SIMs but it not true. Only one came and its a Verizone SIM. 

That information is not in the box and the employee of Walgrees doenst no nothing about the product.

So i was at a loss. Much more than money, the worst thing is being deceived and knowing that possible others people will go throught the same. Absurdity, anger.

I want my money back.
